
Graduated with a Civil Engineering Degree from UASD (Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo) and holds a Master in Business Administration from PUCMM (Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra).
José brings to SILVER GCD more than 20 years of experience in managing infrastructure and building construction. He began his professional career in 1986 as a field engineer for the construction of a mining dam for “Rosario Dominicana S.A.” while working for Ingeniería y Construcciones CxA (INGCO), a renowned local construction company. José was part of INGCO’s professional team from 1986 until 2001; throughout this period he managed, supervised and successfully completed a wide range of projects including the reconstruction of the “Autopista Duarte – Moca” roadway, the reconstruction of the “Cruce de Ocoa – San José de Ocoa” roadway, the reconstruction of the “Cruce de Punta Cana – Bávaro” roadway, the construction of a 212-unit low-income housing project and the construction of several condominium complexes, among others. Since 2002, he has worked as an independent contractor and has successfully completed several residential developments in the city of Santiago.
His professional strengths include a proven ability to manage and supervise infrastructure construction projects and a substantial amount of knowledge and experience in managing the preparation of proposals for bidding processes.
